Rokantiškės mound is located on the left slope of the Murlė stream valley, about one kilometer to its confluence with the Vilnia river. Its slopes are steep, rising almost 190 m above sea level. At the top of the mound is an oval, elongated site, extending in a south-west-northeast direction. The site is 28 m long and 25 m wide. On the south-western slope there is a 20 m long, 6 m wide and 0.2 m deep ditch. The mound offers a view of the Murlė and Vilnia valleys.
