1,2% of the paid income tax of residents

We ask you to assign 1.2% of the paid income tax of residents to the protected areas. That is how you will be able to contribute to the nurturing of national and regional parks, the management of natural heritage objects and conservation of nature.

We ask you to assign 1.2% of the paid income tax of residents to the protected areas. That is how you will be able to contribute to the nurturing of national and regional parks, the management of natural heritage objects and conservation of nature.

It costs you nothing to give this support – the income tax already paid to the state budget is directed to the organisation you are supporting. When you fill in the form and indicate the account, you grant support to the Lithuanian protected areas.

You may assign 1.2% of the income tax to the selected national park. Contact data of directorates of the national and regional parks and reserves.

National and regional parks, reserves and strict reserves are the most valuable territories in our country. The support is used to manage and maintain them, to renew information stands and to carry out the educational activities on nature conservation.

The application to assign 1.2% of the income tax may be submitted: as a hardcopy (mailed or delivered directly to tax administrator) or as an electronic application filled in via the electronic declaration system of the State Tax Inspectorate (EDS).

Electronic submission of the application

  1. Log in to your e-banking directly through the bank or via the electronic declaration system of the State Tax Inspectorate (EDS).
  2. Select “Declaration”.
  3. Choose the column “Fill in a form” in the section “Preliminary declarations” (tax returns).
  4. When you open “Application to grant support”, you will find form FR0512 (04 version) that you will have to complete.
  5. Enter the necessary data, the code of the State Service for Protected Areas (188724381) and press “Submit”.

Submission of the application by mail

  1. Print out form FR05124.pdf.
  2. Put the filled-in and signed form into an envelope.
  3. Send it to the following address: State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania, Department of Declaration Handling, Neravų Str. 8, Druskininkai, LT-66257.

Submission of the application directly to the tax administrator

  1. The completed and signed form may be submitted directly to the employees of the State Tax Inspectorate.
