The Marimont manor was built in the second half of the 19th century and belonged to the Antazavė manor. . The very status road to Marimont runs from the Brades side. In addition, a never-freezing spring bursts at the top of the hill, the water of which flows down the hill towards Marimont. As a result, the road has always been sloppy, wet and dirty. To make it easier for people to drive to the mill, it became necessary to tidy up that section of the road in some way. From the hill down the road began to be paved with stones - rubbing. To prevent the road from having such a status, it was built with a serpentine loop. The mill, sawmill, and carding mill operated even in the post-war years, but in 1946 or 1947. in the event of a fire, everything burned down and only the remains of stone masonry and a section of stone-based ancient (bruk) have survived to this day.
