The Uogis Landscape Reserve protects the complex of the Uogis stream and the surrounding forests, which is characterised by a great diversity of natural conditions, flora and fauna, with extremely abundant populations of lesser, male and helmeted cuckoos, and the habitats of the protected birds lesser spotted eagles, lesser spotted eagles and black storks.
