Objectives of Establishment

The Raganu Kalnas (Witches’ Hill) Landscape Reserve protects the Juodkrantė area, which holds exceptional scientific value, featuring parabolic dunes covered with ancient forest, habitats of plant and animal species listed in the Red Book of Lithuania, and habitats of European Community importance.
