The 15-meter-high tower was built on the hill of the former village of Kokmaniškė, 1 kilometer from the town of Tytuvėnai, driving eastward past Lake Bridvaišis. The hill is 162.4 meters above sea level, and 22 meters from its foot, so you can see from a height of 37 meters. From here, you can see the Pašakarnis Reservoir, the manor park, the forests of the Gomerta Landscape Reserve, the Šiluva Chapel and Church, and panoramic views of rolling fields and forests.
