The Kivyliai water springs are located in the remote Gerbeniškės Forest, in the Šikalni Geomorphological Reserve. At the foot of a hill, they flow in several branches that converge into a clear stream. It flows between rocks, forming steep-sided ravines with many overhanging trees. The springs and the mythological stones in the vicinity hold ancient secrets.
The stream, about 100 metres long, feeds the Gudmoniškės Marsh, a Natura 2000 site of European Community importance.
