Žagarė Regional Park Directorate, the Visitor Center, the exposition "Mysteries of the Dolomites" and the nature school are located in one building—the restored Žagarė manor house. The exposition of the Visitor Center "Mysteries of the Dolomites" shows the uniqueness of this region. The exposition is located in the north wing of the first floor. In the central hall of the palace, the visitor is greeted by a deer, a symbol of the regional park and exposition. There is a detailed map of Žagarė Regional Park with places of interest and travel routes. There are another 10 exhibition rooms, each with a different theme.

The visitors' centre is closed on public holidays (except for the time of the events taking place in the visitors' centre). The opening hours are shortened by one hour before a public holiday.
