Vaiguva river-street in Plokščiai
The place is unique: locals can reach their houses only by walking through the riverbed. Several springs flow into Vaiguva, so the water here is always clean and cool, and the floor of the river is covered with pebbles. The driveway of the riverbed extends for more than half a kilometer. Here you can have fun wading or cycling. Until the First World War, a large boulder was laying in the Vaiguva stream in Plokščiai, on which Vincas Kudirka rested and wrote during the walks.
