The boulders here are hauled by glaciers from the Aland Islands and southwestern Finland. This boulder is interesting because the boulders cover a steep hillside with a tendency of about 35-40 °, where the boulders protected the steep slope from collapse. Half of the entire slope of the area was covered with boulders. The height of the slope is about 30 m. No such boulders have been established in Lithuania so far. More than 50 boulders from 0.5 to 2 m were counted on the 15 x 10 m slope. This boulderplace in legends is known as “HIll of Stones”.
