It is an oak tree that grows on the slope of the southern gully of Nemunas Valley, 45 m northeast of the Gelgaudiškis manor house. Trunk diameter at the height of 1.3 m is 1.24 m, trunk circumference: 3.92 m, height: 29 m.  The tree is about 200 years old.
