The museum has two exhibitions. The Betygala History Exposition honours and commemorates local people, in particular the graphic artist J. Kuzminskis, the woodcarver J. Grabauskas, the priest-artist P. Šniukšta, the poet J. Nekrošius and the writer J. Mačiukevičius. The geological exposition, rich in minerals, rocks, fossils, shells (~1800 exhibits), founded by the geographer M. B. Navakauskienė, is of particular interest to the visitors.
