Tamošaičiai stone, also called "Giant", is located in Tamošaičiai village, on the left bank of Šakos stream. It is a natural monument. The boulder is oblong, flat, rising above the ground about 1.5 m. Its length is about 5 m, width - about 3.5–4 m. A large part of the boulder lies underground.The boulder is composed of striped granite.Granite consisting of quartz and biotite appears to have been subjected to subsequent active geological processes which resulted in the formation of strips The surface of the stone has about 3 cm deep impression which is similar to a large foot with a length of over 60 cm and a width of 20-25 cm. It could have been an insert of another rock, which later decomposed. The boulders were brought from Scandinavia, but the exact location is unknown. It looks like it could have been northwest Sweden or Finland. "
