The height of the observation tower of Senadvaris, or Kochanovka (now the village has regained the old name of Meilūnai), is 26 m. It offers panoramic views of the Šventa and Sirvėtai landscape reserves, views of the nearby Meilūnai village homesteads, and a hill of love.
