The park and the trail were created by the woodcarver and folk artist A. Česnulis in 2007 during the sculptors plein air. The main sculpture "The Light of Happiness" was created in 2008 by two Dzūkai (A. Česnulis and G. Akstinas), suvalkietis (A. Lastauskas), žemaitis (J. Videika) and a aukštaitis (G. Černius). The "Bridge of Happiness", created by A. Goberis and T. Mirijauskas from Veisiejai, accompanies happiness. However, this happiness is not so easy to obtain; it has to be "earned" by crossing the bridge on only one leg. In the park, you can see a mermaid, grandparents trying to uproot a turnip, a house of dwarfs, ants, rabbits, a snake, and other characters from Lithuanian folk tales.
