Plateliai linden grows in the park of Plateliai manor on the southern alley. Its trunk volume at the height of 1.3 m is 5.50 m, height is 27 m. It is estimated that linden is about 200 years old. The tree is interesting for branched, thick trunks. Small-leaved linden is resistant to the cold of our winter, it is almost not attacked by pests. This tree is mainly affected by hard and soft sponges, which cause core rot.
