To the south of Pažaislis Abbey, the thickest oak tree in Kaunas grows. It has been granted the status of an object of natural heritage protected by Kaunas City Municipality. The height of the tree is 20 m and the volume of the trunk is 5.15 m. It is assumed that the oak is 600 years old.
