Almost 2 ha of mound is located on an elongated hill, that is descending to the north-west. Slopes of Lūžų mound from the valley from 6 to 15 m.The top of the fracture mound is a lot oval. The top of the fracture mound is a lot oval. It has a length of 40 m north - east - south-west and is 20 m wide. There are remnants of the cultural layer on the site and on the slopes. They were found in 1958 and 1972 during archaeological excavations. Some fragments of molded striped and rough pottery were found, suggesting that the mound was used in the first half of the 1st millennium A.D. In the middle of the south-west slope of the broken hill there is a sampment about 5-6 m in diameter and 0.3-0.4 m high, a possible burial.
