Homestead of Vilkyškiai manor
Vilkyškės Manor was founded in 1628. It became a major part of the structure of the town. Five buildings of the manor's homestead have survived: a residential house, a guest house, a workers' house, stables, a barn. On the hill, in the center of the town, stands manor, palace built in the style of historism, repaired in 2014. This building is home to a neighborhood and other administrative institutions. The preserved stylish, cricket building is typical of the homesteads of all larger economic units of Little Lithuania. The restored stables of the manor show that there was a large farm, and a lot of attention was paid to horses raised on the manor.
