The Gudų water mill is located in the village of Gudų, Viekšniai parish, Mažeikiai district. In 1922, the wooden mill on the right bank of the Virvytė River was built by the Germanized Latvian family of Vilio and Alvina Jungai. Until World War II, the Jungai family also rented the Santeklių Manor Mill. The Gudų Mill was more famous, and carts carrying grain would come here even from Telšiai. At the end of World War II, the owners of the mill moved to the West. In 1995, the Gudų mill was sold at auction, and the entrepreneurs who bought it installed a small hydroelectric power plant here, but preserved the mill building.
