It is a gray flat granite, size 90x110 cm. An equilateral 5 cm cross is engraved on the stone, followed by the date 1554. Below the letters "Mocel-Pel Z". Between these letters is a 43 cm long cross, which ends at the bottom with a semicircle facing the cross and a circle 20 cm in diameter with a 4.5 cm downward-branching cross. The letters ON on the left and RI on the right of this circle. The name and surname of Motiejus Petkevičius (Mocel-Pel Z), who owned the manor in the vicinity of Salakas, may be engraved on the Girutiškės stone. Signs found in the stone are an ancient coat of arms (possibly Salakas landlords Petkevičius). It is said that in 1939 Polish soldiers lifted a stone and found a double-edged sword under it.
