In 1530, Jonas Mykolas Radvila, the elder of Drohichin and the keeper of Slonim, built a wooden church in honor of the Holy Trinity, the Blessed Virgin Mary Snow White, the Holy Cross, the Nine Thousands of Soldiers and other saints. In 1744, Plaster The building was wooden, crossed, with two high towers, 6 altars inside, which were later decorated with rich wooden sculptures by Leonardo Gogel from Dusetia, paintings by Italian artists, and a four-storey baroque brick bell tower. The Dusetos Church was one of the focal points of Lithuanian occupation during the Polish occupation, and the current brick church was built by the pastor Antanas Rumševičius in 1886–1888. The building is of neo-Romanesque style, with eclectic deviations, and three naves with vaults and vaults. They contain some of the old sculptures by L. Gogelis, and in 1930 the church was decorated by Vladas Čižauskas from Šiauliai.
