Dūkštas Cognitive Trail is one of the most difficult, physically demanding, but the most interesting route in the Neris Regional Park, which is definitely worth traveling. The length of the trail is 5 km. When looking for the treasure of natural and cultural heritage hidden in the Dūkšta Valley, don't forget to admire the alms of the only mountain stream in Lithuania. Dūkšta is very fast and rocky, and in the last few kilometers it drops 20 meters! During the spring floods, it becomes a particularly fast-flowing river, the frantic flow of which is exploited by the extreme lovers of water tourism. At another time of the year, Dūkštas gathers water from transparent springs and flows towards Neris through mossy stones. The length of the trail is 5 km.
