After visiting Asveja Regional Park, make sure to climb Dubingiai Castle Site. Walking along the cognitive trail, you will be able to admire the panorama of the longest, one of the deepest and largest lakes in Lithuania. Dubingiai Castle is an important center of Lithuanian culture, industry and defense in the 14th - 18th centuries, reminiscent of the war with the Teutonic Order and the Reformation - a significant epoch in our history. The castle is connected with the life and activities of famous people of that time (Vytautas the Great, Mikalojus Radvila Rudasis, Barbora Radvilaitė and others).

The cognitive trail has 6 observation stops at archeological and natural sites. The length of the natural ground trail is about 1.5 km, there are wooden stairs, information stands, benches.
