The cognitive route “Ancestors trail” (9.5 km) introduces the natural and cultural objects of the Bagdanoniai and Spindžiai landscape reserves. This northeastern part of the regional park has been known from ancient times. We offer to start the journey on the right bank of the Strėva river, next to lake Stanka, in the village of Strėva, located at the royal highway. When traveling on the roads of the Spindžius forest, you will visit the Strėva old burial grounds, the mythological Royal Kitchen, Strėva burial mounds, the steppe meadow, lake Akutė, and admire the ancient woods.
