The Amber Museum-gallery was established in the old house of the fisherman in 1993. Here you can learn about the formation of the Baltic Sea’s amber, morphology, colors, adaptation to medicine and see the beautiful collection of inclusions. Galleries are always added with the new expositions of Lithuanian artists. Furthermore, there is an outside exposition about how amber is being processed. In addition, here you can purchase modern design jewelry made out of amber, unique pieces of amber and some inclusions. Every item comes with a certificate, which states that you purchased a high-quality Baltic Sea amber product.
