The Curonian Spit National Park Nature School in Smiltynė is a space for informal nature education, intended for various groups of visitors: children, youth, adults, seniors, organizations and educational institutions.

Everyone who wants to get to know the natural and cultural values ​​of the Curonian Spit, understand the processes taking place in nature and experience a direct connection with the environment is invited here.

The Nature School is open all year round, so visitors can come at any time of the year and experience different changes and processes in nature.

The Nature School organizes:

• nature education
• excursions and hikes
• lessons in nature
• camps and trainings

The Smiltynė base can accommodate up to 25 people at a time. The building is equipped with educational and accommodation facilities, a kitchenette, and sanitary facilities.

Visiting for people with mobility impairments: partially adapted - it is possible to reach the premises on the first floor.
